MAINTENANCE SERVICE

The Engineering Department carries out preventive maintenance to ensure that the client suffers the minimum downtime on the systems. The principal objectives of maintenance are:

 

MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

In each maintenance year, we provide our customers with as many repair visits as necessary or at least four preventive maintenance services in lieu of repair calls.  During the visits, we clean, lubricate, run diagnostics and replace parts when necessary.

 

Customer Support UnitSYSTEM SUPPORT

The system support department has the responsibility of attending to any Operating System or Hardware related complaints. If a client has a problem in any of these areas, the necessary assistance will be rendered either over the phone if possible or at the customer’s location within few hours of notification.
