MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

    During each maintenance year, we provide our customers as many repair visits as necessary or at least four preventive maintenance services in lieu of repair call.  At such visit, we clean, lubricate, run diagnostic test and replace parts when ever it becomes necessary.

     The system support department has the responsibility of attending to any operating system or Hardware related complaint.  If a client has a problem in any of these areas they will provide assistance either over the phone if possible or at the customer’s location within few hours of notification.
